C.E. Smith, III
C.E. “Bud” Smith began his career as an insurance producer for Massachusetts Mutual in 1968, working with individuals in the areas of estate planning and life insurance. Today, he serves as president of The Smith Organization, where he works with clients and their advisors on innovative financial strategies.

He attended the University of North Carolina, where he studied political science, and received his BBA from Georgia State University in 1968. Mr. Smith is a CLU and has achieved the MassMutual Masters Club status, Top of the Table, and 25 Million Dollar Forum.

Mr. Smith is on the Board of Visitors of Darlington School and is a member of First Presbyterian Church in Atlanta. He enjoys golfing, running and reading. He and his wife, Rosemary, live in Atlanta and have two sons – Tyler, who is with Northwestern Mutual and C.E., IV, who is a resident in radiology at Vanderbilt University.

Lanann Tuttle
Lanann Tuttle serves as Vice President and Director, Client Relations, for The Smith Organization. She works closely with Bud Smith in the development and servicing of customized insurance products for their clients.

Ms. Tuttle began her career in the life insurance industry, working with the Atlanta MassMutual agency in 1974. In 1976, she became the manager of the Sales Development department. She went on to join The Smith Organization in 1986.

Ms. Tuttle is an Atlanta native and attended Georgia State University and the Art Institute of Atlanta. She resides in Dacula with her husband and has two children.
